No one has ever said anything to me about bottle feeding (or gasp! formula feeding) Stormea. I pity the person who ever does. :) You know all that you have been through (and I seriously commend you for all that you have gone through to provide milk for your baby. That is some serious commitment!) and you know that you are doing the very best for your son. At the end of the day that is what matters the most. You need to come up with some good comebacks for those nosey people! lol Fox is sooooo cute. Thanks for sharing his pics! He has come so far with all the amazing care you have given him. There will always be people that judge. I could tell you stories about when I used to nurse Sydney. It was illegal to nurse in public in Utah and I didn't know. I nursed her in the mall and you wouldn't believe the horribles stares and comments I got. I wanted to cry. My best story yet is when I was at Texas Rodehouse having dinner and I was nursing Luke and mind you, I was covered up and the waiter walked up and said "well have a restroom if you would like to do that in there"...the restroom has no chairs and no room. I was appalled that he said that to me. I was so rude. I said to him "do you eat your food in the restroom"...Scott was so embarrassed, but I didnt' care. God gave us breastmilk for a reason...people are so ridiculous!!! Just stand up for what you believe in and own it. Let your haters be your motivators. (Stepping off my soapbox! HA!) Have fun in Mexico. I haven't been yet. My three oldest children go to Tijuana each summer and some spring-times to volunteer in an orphanage there. My daughter did an internship there this past summer and plans to spend the spring/summer of 09 down there. She plans on moving there after she graduates from college. oh.yay. I'd just like to get her IN college first. So, I have a feeling at some point, I'll go too. I hope you have a lot of fun!
